Before we schedule a walk of a customer's job, we guide them to our Request an estimate form. This ensures that we have all of the necessary data to follow up on their request.
Meeting at the job location
Once we receive your estimate request, we'll follow up with you to schedule a walk of your job. At your job, we'll work with you to decide the best course of action for your trees. Together, we'll come up with a well-defined scope of work.
We send you the job estimate
Following the job walk, we'll send you an job estimate. Most jobs have a 1-2 day estimate turnaround. More complex jobs may take 3-4 days, although job estimates may be expedited upon request. Estimates include a price for the work to be done and a clear outline of the work that we will do.
Estimate approval
After you look over the estimate to make sure we're on the same page, notify us via text, phone, or email that you agree with the estimate and would like to us to proceed with the work.
Scheduling your Job
After you give us the approval, we'll schedule your job on a date that works for you and for Weiss Tree Service and Logging Company.
Completing your job
We'll complete your tree service based on the scope outlined in the job estimate, using safe and proven methods
Payment
After we finish your job, we'll email, or hand over an invoice of the bill for the work.
